- Strength, wisdom, and battle: the order in which people break down -
The higher one ascends, the stronger, wiser, and more articulate one becomes.
This in itself is not evil.
In fact, civilization has advanced through the fifth (language) and sixth (understanding).
But religion and philosophy have clearly warned of one thing:
The higher one ascends, the more one should not underestimate the fourth.
Fifth and Sixth can be taken away
The fifth and sixth powers
are “appeared to be obtained” through position, dominance, and sometimes violence.
When someone gives way,
someone remains silent,
someone offers respect,
it can be mistaken for one’s own power.
Even more dangerous is when it is given as “kindness.”
Even though it is only borrowed,
people forget to return it,
and before they know it, they believe it’s theirs.
This is where it slowly begins to crumble.
The fourth one can't be taken away
The fourth is
empathy, imagination, consideration, and responsibility.
In other words, it is the “power of relationships.”
This cannot be born by commanding it.
It cannot be nurtured by fear.
It cannot be substituted by intelligence.
The moment you try to take it away,
the fourth closes.
That’s why religion says:
Love cannot be forced.
Faith cannot be commanded.
Because the fourth is a power that can only be maintained by continuing to give back.
For those who fight, the fourth is a hindrance.
Here’s a truth that isn’t easy to gloss over.
In a battle,
the fourth sense certainly gets in the way.
Empathy delays judgment,
imagination creates hesitation,
and consideration holds you back.
That’s why those who fight
temporarily close their fourth sense.
This is not corruption.
It’s a role-switching.
The problem is that even after the battle is over,
it remains closed and there’s no going back.
The difference between warriors and mere violence
A true warrior
never abandons the fourth.
They close it only when necessary,
and always reopen it when it’s over.
But many people
bring the logic of war into their lives.
Win or lose, rule or be ruled, right or wrong.
In this way, only the fifth and sixth become bloated,
and they begin to talk of “justice” while losing the fourth.
This is the state that religion most warns against.
Why do we start blaming those below us and those who are weaker?
Those who have lost their fourth sense
cannot look inward.
They feel a void,
but are unable to acknowledge the cause.
As a result,
blame is always directed outward:
Those below,
The weak,
Those who don’t speak up.
Ironically,
The higher you climb,
the harder it is to reclaim your fourth sense.
This is because you’re afraid of falling.
The final message of religion and philosophy
Neither religion nor philosophy
denies power.
What they do deny is power when it is used without love.
Knowledge without love becomes judgment.
Words without love become domination.
Justice without love becomes violence.
That is why they repeatedly said:
Anger should not endure.
Bear a sword, but do not dwell there.
The higher you stand, the lower your heart should be.
Heights without the fourth are
merely a disconnection.
And beyond that disconnection
is surely collapse.
