However, these are not only issues that have been postponed by the national government, but also issues that the Tokyo Metropolitan Government has been putting off for years. The strength of the capital city of Tokyo is its ability to make the most of its potential, to take the initiative without placing the responsibility on the national government, and to move the nation and the world in the opposite direction. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has approximately 25,000 general administrative employees and 13,000 employees in the public enterprise sector. By utilizing the &#8220;Type 1 cannabis harvester license&#8221; approved by the prefectural governor, <a href=\"https:\/\/buddha-plants.com\/en\/realization-of-tokyo-hemp-seed-special-zone\/\">it will be possible to realize Tokyo as one of the world&#8217;s healthiest and greenest environmental cities<\/a>. In addition, by utilizing the &#8220;Type 2 cannabis harvester license&#8221;, not only can we rebuild Japan from Tokyo, but we can also change the world from Japan, and create a world-leading standard city. If the &#8220;Type 2 cannabis harvester license&#8221; approved by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare is issued by Tokyo or through industry-academia collaboration centered on Tokyo, it will support Japan, which is promoting a drug discovery nation. In addition, cannabis, which enriches the medical, food, clothing, shelter and spirit and even creates new industries, has a high affinity with Japan.
